American Ninja Warrior

Guess what! Us kids spent about twenty minutes today at the Porter Playground by our old school. We played a reality tv show that we watch sometimes called "American Ninja Warrior." We had a lot of fun swinging like monkeys and running like cheetahs all about the playground. The course was as followed: Climb up and down the three DNA ladders, as Conner calls them, go on the rotate swings, climb across the wiggle ladder, do one chin up, zip cord across the zip line, climb across the wiggle bars, and end on the monkey bars. We had a fun time just hanging out with our dad and becoming ninjas. At the end, you should have seen how tired we were! All in all, we had an awesome day. (or twenty minutes!)

Aloha from Hawaii

Well, Scott has decided that blogging is an easy way for people to keep up with us in Hawaii. So we're off to the races and will try to update as often as we can. We're finally settled in here at our new assignment in Hawaii. The weather is beautiful, the people amazing, and we've all made fast friends with our neighbors. We've managed to do a lot since we've been here--Polynesian Cultural Center, boogie boarding at Bellows, and hiking Diamond Head. We go to the beach several times a week. And we're looking forward to hitting the zoo, aquarium, another hike up Diamond Head, and a trip to the Dole Pineapple Plantation this weekend. We vow to do one thing every weekend while we're here! So far, so good...
